I was wondering who is planning to go to winterfest? I was told we are having a booth and I volunteered a corny keg of my homebrew. If we are still having a booth who else is going and do we have signs or a banner?

I will be going up Saturday Early. I will have 4 gallons of a Lite Porter and 4 gallons of a Black and Tan. I was hoping we could borrow Jon's table taps again. Jon, could you let me know on that one.

Signs - I was hoping to have time to make a sign for CACA. I do not have a banner. Each person wanting to donate beer should bring a standard 8.5 x 11 and their beer type in bold letters. This will be placed in front of the tap to allow people to see what they are getting. You can also have some other info such as, grain, hops or processes used. Just some thoughts.

Ice is provided, as well as tables and a few chairs. If you plan on serving they will charge you 10 or 15 $ for a servers one day license.

I was alos thinking about bringing a Home Brew equipment and process display, Any thoughts?

How early are you going up there. I was just going to use my CO2 tank and a picnic faucet for my pale ale.

I Got an email saying that only 2 volunteer passes are being given to each booth. So I guess that is Paul and Myself since we are bringing our beer.

I was looking to be up there by 1 PM. This would mean leaving Columbus about 12. We will need to work out driving unless you want to drive solo.

the seminar on barrel aging beers is at 1. I can attend as Jon and I are leaving around noon. If anyone else can go, it would be helpful. Also, Jon is planning on staying in Indy, can I snag a ride back from anyone?

Ann and I Will be in Bloomington in the morning and will drive separately from there. I am going to bring my CO2 tank, 1 corny of beer, a picnic facet, and a cooler or tote that the corny can sit in with ice. We will probably be there between 1-2pm.
I'm going to send an email to Hoosier Beer Geek letting them know who is going to be working the CACA booth.
